TMD Disinfectant Wipes are here. It’s active ingredient is BZK (Benzalkonium chloride)  a quaternary ammonium compound used for disinfecting. This is the same active ingredient in Clorox and Lysol Wipes.

TMD is an effective wipe for battling Covid19: The EPA considers quaternary ammonium compounds to be effective at killing enveloped viruses (like the human coronavirus).

Clorox and Lysol specifically say their wipes are not for use on skin. TMD wipes contain glycerin, making them gentler on the skin and as effective as hand sanitizer! (FDA Reg. # 3009689787).

Other ingredients:                                                                                                                                                  Phenoxyethanol- a broad spectrum antimicrobial that is highly effective against bacteria, yeast and fungi.                                                                                                                                  Didecyldimonium Chloride– a broad spectrum bactericidal and fungicidal, used as a disinfectant cleaner.                                                                                                                                                Benzalkonium Chloride– an antimicrobial preservative antiseptic, disinfectant, solubilizing agent and wetting agent.                                                                                                                Propylene Glycol– a surfactant and cleaning solvent commonly used in the food and cosmetics industries.                                                                                                                                                 Ethylhexylglycerin– a skin conditioning agent, used with phenoxyethanol to obtain better protection against microbial growth.
