Orders are shipped using UPS, Major Truck (local), or common carrier depending on best method as determined by Major Supply Corporation. Orders usually ship in 1-5 business days depending on stock. Shipping available within the continental United States only.
Shipping charges are calculated on this website for shipments within continental USA. Shipping charges are estimates only and you will be notified if different. Most orders will ship by UPS though we reserve the right to use another carrier to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of your order.
Major Supply Corporation is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our premises. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carriers’ delivery sheet. Then file a claim with the carrier and notify us. SAVE ALL PACKAGING FOR INSPECTION BY THE CARRIER.
Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee for all refused shipments. This covers the cost to receive and inspect all returned items.
If after you place your order you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so only if the order has not been shipped*. To cancel your order you must notify us no later than the next business day after placing your order.
*Due to the Coronavirus, any order placed for Hand Sanitizer, Disinfecting Cleaner, Disinfecting Wipes, Sanitizing Wipes, Soaps, Bleach, Face Masks, Gloves, etc. not canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed will not be eligible for cancellation. All sales on these items are final, no cancellations or returns.

All other items, please call us first for authorization. UNAUTHORIZED Returns will be refused.
Return merchandise prepaid, in new condition, with original packaging. It must be sale able as brand new.
Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing list and return authorization form.
Tell us whether you would like a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Some Products sold by us are warranted by their manufacturer. Such warranty coverage must be approved only by them. If you believe a product you purchased from us may be defective, please call us for assistance. Remember, disassembling or attempting repairs voids warranties, and items which have been misused or have normal wear and tear are not covered. Failure to pay within terms renders warranty null and void.
