8001 Clear Waterborne Epoxy Concrete Sealer Primer is two-part epoxy sealer/primer that is formulated to provide a tough transparent seal. As a result, it protects against chemical penetration and physical deterioration of concrete surfaces. It penetrates damp or dry concrete to improve adhesion and to maximize bonding. Conforms to California Low VOC clean air regulations. Cleans up with soap and water.  Provides a tough, transparent seal that protects against dust, dirt, water, acid and alkali cleaners, alcohol, solvents, oils, grease.  Provides excellent surface bonding and strong adhesion of other types of topcoats, including Moisture Cure Urethane and 100% solids epoxy. COVERAGE First Coat 300 sq. ft. per gallon. Additional 450 sq. ft. per gallon. DRY TIME: Open to traffic 8 – 12 hours. Maximum hardness 7 days. Between coats 3 – 4 hours. Pot Life 2 hours. NOTE: Dry times are based on 75 degree F at 50% humidity. Actual dry times vary depending upon conditions. Available in 1 gallon & 5 gallon pails.
