35% Solids Oil Modified Urethane Wood Floor Sanding Sealer is a Low VOC, fast drying, solventborne oil modified urethane coating formulated to penetrate and seal interior bare wood surfaces before finishing. This product contains no stearates making it suitable for use under oil modified urethanes as well as a variety of other finishes. Dries to a clear film that does not obscure the wood grain. Typically dry for sanding in 4 hours. Additional coats may be applied if desired or on very porous woods that may not be completely sealed in one coat. Coverage: 600 to 800 sq.ft. per gallon on porous surface. Dry Times: To touch 1 hour. To recoat 4 hours. To hard 18 to 24 hours.  Application: Lambs Wool, T-Bar or spray.       Clean Up: Mineral Spirits.                                                                                                                                       Available in 2-1 gallon case and 5 gallon pails.
