Description

The Diamabrush Mastic Removal Tool  for clock wise (CW) floor machines are designed to remove stubborn coatings from concrete, such as mastic, carpet or tile adhesive, thin-set and thin mil coatings like urethane or paint. No need to waste time and money on heavy grinding equipment or harmful chemicals. This diverse tool, which mounts to any standard floor buffer or auto scrubber, uses diamond coated blades to grind tough coatings away! User safety is greatly enhanced since dangerous and volatile chemicals are not required. Simply apply water to eliminate dust and to flush debris away. Safely prepare concrete floor for resurfacing, quickly and efficiently with Diamabrush Mastic Removal Tool.                                                                                                                                                                                   Does not include clutch plate or riser block. The Mastic Removal Tool is designed with replaceable blades, which enable users to order a replacement kit and easily change used or worn blades, minimizing downtime. Simply loosen two screws and replace.

Determining Diameters

Block Diameter: Lay the brush on the bristles, block side up. Measure the actual outside diameter of the block (not the bristle flare). See photo below for reference (measurement B).

Center Hole Diameter: Lay the brush on the bristles block side up. Remove mounting hardware, if any. Measure actual inside diameter of the center hole. See photo below for reference (measurement D).

Once the correct size of brush and the proper clutch plate is determined, a few questions will enable you to select the correct type of brush or pad driver that is needed to fill your needs.

NOTE: Malish brushes are designed to fit each machine as shown, even though the block diameter listed on the charts may vary slightly from the diameter of the block originally supplied with the machine.
