736-12 Dura-Gard Acrylic-Polyurethane Red Satin Finish Floor Paint is a one component, waterborne coating modified with polyurethane for added toughness & durability. Formulated for use on bare or previously painted concrete & masonry, wood, & primed metal surfaces.  Outstanding resistance against wearing, washing, abrasion, mild chemicals, & weathering.  Soap and water cleanup • Low odor & low VOC formulation (compliant for most areas). Great for use on basement floors, patios, sidewalks, retaining walls & other interior or exterior concrete & masonry applications. Tough, abrasion resistant characteristics make it ideal for wood and metal doors & trim. Formulated for light to moderate duty applications – not for use under cars, trucks, or other vehicular traffic. Not designed for immersion service or for areas where water tends to collect. Practical Coverage: 350-400 sq.ft./gal. Recommended Primers: Concrete/Masonry direct application. Metal #622-XX Defi-Rust Acrylic Latex Metal Primer. Interior bare wood direct application. Exterior bare wood do not use. Drying time:  Tack Free 30-60 minutes. Recoat 12 hours. Hard 24 hours. Packed in 2-1 gal/case and 4-1 qt/case.
