Description

611-71-LV Defi-Rust Oil Base Metal Primer Red is a rust-inhibitive metal primer for interior or exterior use.  Direct to metal application. Excellent corrosion resistance.  May be top coated with latex or oil base finish.  Recommended for most interior or exterior iron and steel surfaces. Ideal metal primer for Defi-Rust Enamels.  Not intended to be used as a finish coat. Not for use on galvanized metal.  Do not mix with water or other paint products. Dry times: Tack Free 4 hours. To Re-coat 12 hours. Hard 48 hours. Coverage: 400 to 450 sq.ft. per gallon (Depending upon the porosity of the substrate).                                                Available in 1 gallon can, 2-1 gallon case, 1 quart and 4-1 qt/case.
