40% Solids Oil Modified Urethane Satin Wood Floor Finish is a low VOC, oil modified urethane, solventborne finish designed for coating a variety of interior wood floor surfaces including maple, oak, pine, and parquet. This clear finish exhibits a light amber cast that enhances the warmth and depth of the wood. Highly resistant to abrasion, scuffing, marring (including black heel marks), and repeated cleaning. Specially designed for gymnasium floors, handball and racquetball courts. Also ideal for classrooms, offices, showrooms, homes and a variety of other heavy traffic areas. Application method: Lambs wool, T-Bar or spray. Clean-up with mineral spirits. Coverage: 400 to 500 sq.ft. per gallon on sealed surface. Available in 2-1 gallon case or 5 gallon pails.
