Sandpaper Disks. These floor sanding discs have a 2″ center hole. They are for use with all 17″ 175 RPM floor machines with a 17″ sandpaper driver. Above all the sharp silicone carbide minerals are ideal for removal of old finishes, paint, varnishes, etc. Likewise these  heavy duty sandpaper discs are attached to a durable cloth/paper backing. Packed 20 disc per case.

For average condition floors, start with 36 to 40 grit sandpaper. After that, progress to a medium 60 grit sandpaper followed by a 100 grit. Above all, do not skip progression from course grades to finer grades. Replace sandpaper discs after sanding about 250 square feet for the most effective results.  On the other hand if a smother floor is desired, follow up with 120 grit. After that use 150 grit.
