Liquid Concrete Etch is a ready to use liquid acid etch and cleaner for the surface preparation of unsealed concrete floors prior to applying a seal or finish. Can clean and etch in one operation.                                                                                                                                PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
 Neutralizes highly alkaline surfaces of concrete allowing it to readily accept seal.
 No fumes
 Cleans and etches in one operation
 Opens the surface pores of concrete to permit proper adhesion of sealer and finish.
METHOD OF APPLICATION LIGHTLY SOILED FLOORS
Apply Liquid Concrete Etch No. 1892 full strength using scrubber or hard agitation. Rinse
thoroughly and check for any soil, which may still remain. Repeat process in these areas.
HEAVILY SOILED FLOORS
Use floor machine with wire or heavy grit brush. Scrub floor using an aqueous cleaner such as Major Big Red Cleaner Degreaser. Rinse thoroughly.
Add No. 1892 to wet floor at the rate of 400 sq. feet per gallon; brush to distribute uniformly. Let set 2 – 3 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
Rinse all equipment immediately after use. No. 1892 will not cause rusting; in fact, it will help to inhibit rusting. Available in 5 gallon pails and 4-1 gallon case.
