MEET THE STAFF

President -

Bob Dreske Jr.

Bob Jr. began working for Major Supply at the age of 12.  After school and during the summer he spent his time stocking shelves, cleaning the offices and the warehouse.  Over the years he learned to repair all types of cleaning equipment, pulled and shipped orders and eventually began making deliveries.  He was promoted to purchasing agent in 1978 and then to Vice President in 1980 and eventually to President in 1992.  He currently handles procurement, inventory and oversees all aspects of the business and its employees.

Bob Dreske Sr.

Bob Sr. purchased Major Supply, (formerly Hamilton Janitorial) in 1968.   Through the years, Bob built the business and has handled all aspects of it including sales, inventory, customer service, deliveries, stock, repairs and more.  Today his time is spent on new account development, new product development, customer consulting on innovative ways to save costs and increase our customers bottom line.  Bob is well known in the industry and has earned the reputation of the "cleaning guru" which is very helpful in his teaching of cleaning techniques to all of our customers.

 

 

Accounting Manager -

Ruth Dreske

Previously a nurse and homemaker, Ruth joined Major in 1980.  She handles accounts receivables, billing statements and account reconciliation.  She is a vital part of the company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

National Sales Manager -

Debbie Dreske

Debbie joined the company in 1997 as an account representative.  She has become involved in many other aspects of the business including web site development, customer service, product demonstration, purchasing, and new account development.

 

 

 

 

Customer Service  - Christa Altman

Christa joined us in the spring of 2006.  She brings 20 years experience as an administrative  assistant.  This experience will help her to give you the customer service that you are used to.  She helps design brochures for our products and also helps maintain our website.  Christa is the voice at the other end of the phone and will be happy to help you with any of your questions.

 

 

 

 

Transportation Manager - Dennis Hibbard

 

Dennis is has proven himself a great asset to Major Supply.  His great customer service skills have made him an excellent choice to manage our delivery service.  We will add a picture of Dennis in the near future. 

 

 

 

 

Service Department Manager -

Chris Buckle

Chris began working for Major in 2000.  He is responsible for ensuring that all repairs and services are made in a timely manner.  Chris is a certified mechanic,  certified Tornado technician and also certified in propane repairs.  He is responsible for maintaining our 5-Star rated service department and customer satisfaction record.
